About Us

Who we are?

Driven by the desire to improve the quality of life within families and the community, we came together in 2014 as an informal group of women from different generations and professions, dedicating part of our free time to volunteer work and mutual socializing. Recognizing the needs among our members, we actively participated in educational programs aimed at enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies. Through our personal growth, we felt the need for formal organization.

The Women’s Association “Mosaic of Culture and Tradition” was founded in January 2018 as a non-partisan, non-governmental, multi-religious, and multi-ethnic association. Established by women who want to contribute to social change, the association is based on the values of mutual support, sharing knowledge, and experiences. Our goal is to positively impact the quality of life for the residents of the municipality, with a special focus on women as key agents of change within families and the broader community.
